random question poped into me head...Take this pic of a hcca for example

im reffering to the small vents on the back of the sub, to me they look really small, how does the sub move air so smoothly when it has to squeeze it out of thoose tiny gaps on the back of the sub? clearly it works as there are lots of subs like this but does it not restrict airflow in anyway? if you were to invert thoose subs how does do the waves play so smoothly and develope when they are coming out of 4 small holes on the sub?

the front cone it totaly clear from any kind of obstruction but the rear of the cone clearly is, does this not cause any unevern loading or anything? imagie you iso'd a pair of hcca's they entire waves would be coming out of the holes in the back of the subs  Huh?  i hope this makes some sort of sense  blush  does anybody know what i mean? i just cant get my head round how it can still play so smooth? sorry if this makes no sense what so ever  thinking

the small meshed areas are cooling for the coil and only have the volume of air under the spider to deal with,i doubt its anwhere near enough to "pressurise" inside

the holes in the chassis don't pose a major problem to the air which needs to flow through them. to get through a small hole, air velocity simply increases. obviously a tiny hole will pose a load on the cone but these holes are large enough. they are the size and shape they are for cosmetics and strength as the motor is a bit of a lump on these.
